How much weight do you think i will lose if i do this?!


Question: How much weight do you think i will lose if i do this!?
ok i want to lose a couple pounds and look a little skinner in not even a week!.
my goal is to lose 25 pounds!.
i weigh 106!.0 pounds and im under 5 feet tall!.
if i do this how much do you think i will lose:

On Wendsay and Friday im going to cheerleading practice for 2 hours and 30 minutes!.
I jump on the trampoline everyday for over an 1 hour
Do 35 bicyle crunches and this touch you toe type crunch!.
Run for 30 minutes outside and 30 inside
and 50 step ups!.

feel free to tell me what you feel and if you have any good ideas for exercizes please help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing 25 pounds in under a week is very unhealthy!. I think you should just give yourself a longer time period to take the weight off!. Doing those exercises and eating healthy should allow you to take the weight off within probly 3 or 4 months--if you do it healthily!. Don't over-do it!. You'll reach your goal in no time! Well first off, you don't need to lose any weight, you are fine!.!. and you might be called anorexic if you DO lose 25 pounds!.

But if you positively have to lose it, that would be a good idea workout program!.

But *** more sit-ups on your list to lose belly flab, and do more cardio-related exercises!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think u need help cuz ur too skinny and have issues!. talk to me when ur fat like i am and have to try as hard as i do to look good in anything or feel good about yourself naked!. until then eat something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
