Question: If i do too much reps,would i increase my muscle!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
i do about 300-500 reps for each muscle with dumbbell would i increase my muscle and if not or yes, y!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I love it when newbies ask dumb question's lol no offense!.!. well bud heres what to do( i am a body builder) :

1!. EAT and EAT and maybe EAT MORE!!! this dosent mean go to mcds and order 1 of everything!. this means eat lots of eggs,veggies, tuna and chicken, turkey and beef!. also MILK! protine is ur friend 1!.5 gs per bodyweight

2!. now for the reps!.!.!. Its diffrent for every type of body but 300-500 is just plain dumb bro!.!.!.!. Do this try anything from 5-8 reps and maybe 3- 5 sets per exercise!. one of my routines are like this: (chest day)

bench press: 8 reps for 5 sets
incline dumbell press: 8 for 3 sets
chest flys: 8 for 3 sets

heres one thing: lower reps higher weight will get u stronger when lower weights( low enough not super eayse low) higher reps(not too high though) will give u muscle atrophy(increase in size)!. so what I like to do is monday do high weight low reps and thrus day do lower weight higher reps!.!. it blances out!. example:

benchpress: 5 reps for 5 sets instead of the above benchress routine!.

3!. REST! over training will make u smaller in a bad way(burn the muscle)!. make sure u get atleast 24-48 hrs rest for the muscle u just worked!. U grow outside the gym!

Comment: u wont gain anymass with dumbells!.!.!. try the big 3 (Benchpress,squat and dead lifts for a few weeks with these you will get bigger overall)

AND PLZ DONT ASK *WONT LIFTING HEAVEY STUN MY GROWTH!?*!.!.!. NO IT WONT!

LMAO!.!. all u idots saying anything over 12 reps is toning plz stop!.!. can u explain how u "tone" a muscle!? what is toning a muscle, there no such thing!? its called losing fat!.!.!. doing 100000's of reps wont get u cut unless u get ur BF% low enough it will increase endurance though

the more reps u do will increase ur muscular endurance and it will leave u looking cut up lika bruce lee!. but if ur planning on building muscle u gotta left heavier weights and eat alot of protien!. you should be conusming 1grm of protien for every muscle fiber or something like that!. try protien shakes!. also use google!. If you do all those reps in a day, do it spaced out with a light weight!. Theres no way you can lift a heavy weight that many times in a day!. I recommend a heavier weight with fewer reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what 300-500!.Its destroying your muscle!.It will make your muscle smaller!.A good rep and set range/exercise to gain muscle is to do 3-4 sets of 6-10 reps!.Anything more than 12 you are toning and anything more than 20 doesn't count!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on the weight you are lifting, the smaller the more toned, the bigger the more muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

No 300-500 reps is stupid!. High rep range is considered 12-15!. Low rep range is like 5-8!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
