Why are my vitamins making me sleepy?!
Question: Why are my vitamins making me sleepy!?
I am 10lbs!. over weight but, I workout 5 days a week doing interval training!. This means I do 30min!. using my body weight and free weights, followed with a 20 min cardio!. I change it up every week!. I am starting to notice that I get tired very fast and when I try to sleep I can't stay asleep!. I eat pretty healthy and stay active, so why am I so tired all the time!? I have been taking vitamins for a long time!. One a day for women, Fish Oils, Niacin, B-6, B-12, Ginkgo and Biotin!. I only get really tired after taking these!. !?!?!? Help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

there's no reason to take the One a Day and the separate B-6, B-12 vitamins!. despite what is spread on the net (tons of bad info) B vitamins do not increase the metabolic rate the only help to restore normal metabolic function if your body is deficient in them!. vitamins in general only effect the conversion of energy in the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ok, your one a day has enough vitamin B for your entire day so you might be getting too much vitamin B which could be a problem!. Also, my vitamins kinda make me nauseas so I take them RIGHT before bed so I sleep through the discomfort and your body can actually absorb the vitamins better at night!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
