diets dont work !.!.!.i was struggeling since the last 10 years to lose 1lbs !.!.!. i was desperate and gave up hope!.!.!.!. i was dieting excersicing nothing worked!.!.!.

3months ago!.!.!. i was cutting down on bread, rice!. and pasta!.!.!.!. i eat lots of chinese food which i prepare myself !.!.!. i use only a bit of olive oil or sesame oil to prepare it!.!.!. i eat lots of veggies and fruits!.!.!. meat only grilled!.!.!. and this every 3hr (3 main meals !.!.!.2 snacks)!.!.!.but just a little ammount!.!.!.

but the main thing is!.!.!.!.i discovered instead of drinking 2ltr of water i started drinking "green tea" (even cold)!.!.!. now the lbs are melting away!.!.!.!. i went from a 144lbs !.!.!. to a 120lbs within 3 months!.!.!.!. i work out 1 hr a day!.!.!. and i feel fine now!.!.!. im still losing weight!.!.!.

if u want to prepare the green tea u have to make it right to get all the benefits!.!.!.
bring water to boil !.!.!.!. and leave it to cool down for 3 min ( very important ) then pour the water into tea kettle with1 table spoon of green tea leafs !.!.!. let it rest "atleast" 5min covered!.!.!. ( i leave it until cooled down because i like it cold and very concentrated)!.!.!.!. i add fresh pressed lemon juice to it!.!.!.!. its refreshing!.!.!.

You can wake up earlier; maybe thirty minutes to an hour and work out!. Go for a jog or get a treadmill or stationary bike to get at least 15 to thirty minutes of cardio!. In the evening before you go to build, start toning with 5 to 10 lbs weights( for 15 to 30 minutes)!. The more lean muscle you build, the more fat you burn!. Try to drink plenty of water and eat at least three times a day with two to three small snacks (100 calorie packs, veggies, fruit)!. Make sure you eat to be content and not full!. Hey, I think the best idea is to hire a piece of fitness equipment for your home!. That way, what you can do like 20 mins a night on a treadmill or exercise bike!.!.!. So what you should do is look to hire some fitness equipment from somewhere, and once the kids are in bed, roll it out infront of the TV and spend 20-40mins walking, riding or rowing on it!.!.!.

I find keeping to a schedule of atleast 1 hour per night ( I don't always get time) on the treadmill in our living room has worked well for me!. I get my hubby to move the treadmill our for me and put it away so its not in the way during the day!. I have 3 small kids all under 5, so I still get the opportunity also to do some exercise when and i get them down for a sleep at the same time durng the day!. but generally speaking walking is excellent for burning fat and treadmills are designed for that!.
