I work out hard for 3 weeks and lost only 3 pounds?!


Question: I work out hard for 3 weeks and lost only 3 pounds!?
this is insane! ive been jogging/walking 5 days a week for an hour to an hour and 30 minutes!. I eat chicken and drink lots of water and after 3 weeks on it!.!. I only lost 3 pounds!.!. while people on TV be claiming they lost 60 pounds in 3 months with only 30 minutes of work out!. is this normal!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont worry this is normal, there are a number of reasons why:

you could be gaining muscle- if so thats fantastic it speeds up your metabolism which burns calories quicker, you will be toned adn lose fat, you should mesaue your self see if your losing inches!.


You may not be eating enough- your body goes in to starvation mode and holds fat

your body is just taking its time, drink lots of water and ul lose fluid retention

keep trying i bet u the weight will falll of quicker in the next few weeks also do weights along with ur jogging this burns more calories good luvk!Www@Answer-Health@Com

60LBS in 3 months is crap they lost muscle 1lb a week is the recommended ur losing pure fat u should be happy really weight loss isnt a fast thing if u wanna keep it off in 3 months u should lose 12-18lbs no more than that really and make sure u dont just eat chicken u need enough cals to keep ur metabalism going and u might even lose more like 1!.5lbs a week stay at about 1500cals minimum for maximum weight loss and metabalism rate at the highest ur normal those people on tv are BSWww@Answer-Health@Com

Weight loss is a slow process!. To lose 1 pound of weight you have to burn 3500 calories!.!.!.!. when you jog FAST for one hour you burn about 600 calories, if you walk you burn about 250 calories!. This is why if you have no intention of doing any weight lifting or cardio, you should diet!.!.!. it's 20x faster than exercising!. My personal trainer said the same thing to me when I told her I wanted to lose weight!. She told me I won't lose weight by burning calories unless I'm a marathon runner!.

Bottom line: BUILD MUSCLE or EAT LESS

I eat 350 calories a day!.!.!. and do not feel hungry at all!. In fact I've gone 3 years without feeling hungry!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

diets dont work !.!.!.i was struggeling since the last 10 years to lose 1lbs !.!.!. i was desperate and gave up hope!.!.!.!. i was dieting excersicing nothing worked!.!.!.

3months ago!.!.!. i was cutting down on bread, rice!. and pasta!.!.!.!. i eat lots of chinese food which i prepare myself !.!.!. i use only a bit of olive oil or sesame oil to prepare it!.!.!. i eat lots of veggies and fruits!.!.!. meat only grilled!.!.!. and this every 3hr (3 main meals !.!.!.2 snacks)!.!.!.but just a little ammount!.!.!.

but the main thing is!.!.!.!.i discovered instead of drinking 2ltr of water i started drinking "green tea" (even cold)!.!.!. now the lbs are melting away!.!.!.!. i went from a 144lbs !.!.!. to a 120lbs within 3 months!.!.!.!. i work out 1 hr a day!.!.!. and i feel fine now!.!.!. im still losing weight!.!.!.

if u want to prepare the green tea u have to make it right to get all the benefits!.!.!.
bring water to boil !.!.!.!. and leave it to cool down for 3 min ( very important ) then pour the water into tea kettle with1 table spoon of green tea leafs !.!.!. let it rest "atleast" 5min covered!.!.!. ( i leave it until cooled down because i like it cold and very concentrated)!.!.!.!. i add fresh pressed lemon juice to it!.!.!.!. its refreshing!.!.!.

there is a big difference between 3 months and 3 weeks!. Try 2 mix up ur routine aswell, just jogging and walking isnt gona help u lose weight!. Include weight training and other drills, check out the biggest loser, they use alot of useful of drills that really kill ur fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

losing weight at home is easy, just make sure you keep a plan of what you are doing, refer this website as a guide, its what i did and i lost loads of weight!
