Back fat question...?!

Question:

Back fat question...?

I'm a larger girl... not terribly huge, but larger. I'm 22, 5'2", size 16, I work out at least 30 minutes nearly everday and eat a low fat and low calorie diet. Anyway... I feel like I'm oddly shaped for a girl. I seem to go more straight up and down like a guy rather than curvy like girl should be. I know most of it has to do with my back fat... but I also have this fat on the top of my butt. It's weird because it wouldn't look so bad if it were right on my hips, but it's not... it's higher than my hips. Anyway... I want to get some exercise tips on how to get rid of this back and butt fat that seems to be making me look to masculine. Any SERIOUS help would be appreciated!!!

I'm allergic to all fruit. Plus, I've tried the less carb diet and got really sick. My doctor said it wasn't good for women and that I should stick to the basic low fat & low calorie regimen. It's not a matter of losing weight per say, I am losing, about 10 lbs in the past 3 weeks actually. My dilemma is in what cardio works particular areas. Also I cannot afford a personal trainer... nor a gym membership. My apartment complex has a small gym and I workout there. I also want to note that God was rather generous with me up top in the chest region and I can't do sit ups, or much of anything on the floor that forces me to raise up that part of my body... it's too heavy. Pilates and yoga I've tried and simply cannot physically do because of the weight up top. So I need exercises that I can do in mostly standing or sitting positions.

Answers:

you will only lose it with Cardio
