500 calories and exercise?!


Question: 500 calories and exercise!?
im tryin to lose 20lbs!. im on a diet of only 20g of fat a day, and 1000 calories!. ive only eaten about 500 calories today and 11grams of fat!. i know your supposed to eat at least 1300, but if i go work out for like 45 min will that keep my metabolism up, or do i need to eat more!. Not eating enough will actually put weight on faster than if you hadn't restricted your diet at all!. Even 1300 may be too low try not to eat any fewer than that, aim for roughly 1500-1800!. Try eating five to six times a day!. Have three normal meals and two to three small snacks throughout the day!. Your snacks can be something like some cheese and crackers or fruits and vegetables with a bottle of water!. Stay hydrated too, you burn far more calories when your body is hydrated!. As for the exercise do a combination of light weight lifting, try using the machine weights, together with a cardio machine like an eliptical or treadmill!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even the 1000 is too little!. When you eat too little your body goes into starvation mode and slows down your metabolism to keep ahold of the fat you have to use as a emergency reserve!. You should be eating the 1,300 per day over 6 small meals each day!.

I know it may sound crazy, but you will have a more effective weight lose with the 1,300 calories a day than with 500 or even 1,000!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't eat enough, the body can go into what's called starvation mode, and it will store more than burn more!. Eat enough to where you are satisfied and exercise too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
