What's the best cardio workout to help a busy high school student lose weigh!


Question: What's the best cardio workout to help a busy high school student lose weight!?
My BMI is 28!.3, which means that I'm 1!.7 points away from being obese, even though I don't look too much like it!. I'm 5'1'' if that helps and when the school year comes back, I'm going to need to burn fat a lot and exercise!. But the thing is, I need an EFFECTIVE workout to help me lose a lot of weight if I commit to it about twice a week!. Got any ideas!?

cardio for half an hour, then weights!. If you do not weight train you won't lose the weight!.You can ride a bike, run , play soccer, swiming , martial arts, dance class etc!. Anything that gets your heart pumping!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
