What is a good workout for a kid? PLEASEEE!!!?

my daughter is 12 years odl, 140 pounds, 5'2. she wants to loose weight and i want her too. we just started a new thing: every morning, afternoon, and night she does 30 situps, 30 jumping jacks, and 30 toe touches. for breakfast she eats oatmeal, for lunch a salad, a dinner difers. any other good work outs for her? THANKYOU!


Answers:

When she starts back to school, maybe she can get involved in basketball or volleyball. Those are fun and she can be with other kids.
Buy her a beginner aerobic tape and do it with her! Or go for power walks together..start out with 25-30 minutes and gradually increase to hour long walks. She needs to do some sort of cardio (exercises that get the heart pumping!) to burn fat and carbohydrates to lose weight.
