No less than 1200 calories a day; any less and you put yourself at risk!. Just make sure those are good calories, like lean meats and fish for protein, a decent amount of carbs such as steamed brown rice, and plenty of vegetables!. Have healthy snacks in between small-sized meals such as pieces of fresh fruit, a handful of nuts and dried fruit, or a cup of green tea (very good for you and has been shown to have weight loss benefits too)!. This sort of simple diet works for anyone, but as you have the help of an appetite suppressant it should work really well for you!. You don't need to do anything special, just avoid sugary processed foods and stuff with lots of salt!.
If your doctor has advised you differently, definitely ignore me and go with them, as I am not a medical professional in any way!. Oh and be careful with appetite suppressants, they can sometimes have untoward side effects (which I'm sure you already know about, but take care all the same!)!.
Good luck!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should give this product a shot!. It's called Acai Berry and it's new on the market, but already endorsed by people like Oprah! I just ordered a free 14-day trial from this site!.!. do it today! you won't regret it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
