What should I do to?!


Question: What should I do to!?
Lose weight!?
I need to know how many calories i should eat if to lose weight!.

I'm 13, 6 feet tall and i hate to say 300 pounds!.!.!.
My day's arent active, I walk 12 minutes to school,
10 minutes through the day with classes, 12 minutes home, and 30 minutes for p!.e!. so that's 64 minutes of walking!.!.!.

not very active, but am i able to lose like 120 pounds by next september!? and how!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is a fact for you!. A healthy man can live without food for 50 to 75 days!. I am not saying go for a long fast like this, but I am saying that you can live for a long time without eating any processed foods- ANYTHING that comes in a cardboard box-yes even cereal!. Most cereals in fact are some of the most overeaten worst foods that people eat!. Add the milk to that and you have what you have-too much!. Don't let your parents feed you at McDonald's or any other unhealthy fast food joint!. If they do, just don't eat it will not hurt you at all!. If you feel the stomach "hunger pains" sip some water!. Benjamin Franklin once said something like-"We dig our graves with our teeth" because he knew that we as modern humans just eat way too much!. You are not going to gain weight if you don't eat!. So choose wisely!. Digestion diverts oxygen and blood away from your brain as well!. It makes you tired and lazy!. Learn about yourself!. Don't boredom eat!. Get creative!. Draw, sing, blog, play video games, but don't eat just because you are bored!.


If I was in your situation:
1!. I would try not eating anything but raw fruits and vegetables for a month!. No this will not kill you or hurt you!.
2!. I would go for walks in the morning!. Preferably through nature or a nice neighborhood!. I would walk in 1 direction for at least 30 minutes and then just go back!. Do this everyday!.
3!. Realize that to change your life you have to LIVE differently!. Be alive!. Merely eating because food is so easy to access is the problem

And my suggestion is so eat foods with plenty of A and C vitamins, and foods high in protein!.(like peanutbutter, eggs, and meats) Try not to eat foods that are high in Vitamin B!. Vitamin B slows the metabolic rate and makes you gain weight (but it ideal for building muscles)!. Note that muscles cells are much more demanding then fat cells, so the more muscular you are, the higher your metabolisim rate!. I suggest working out and getting plenty of extersise!. Drink lots of water, it cleans out your system!. (www!.watercure!.com -You wont believe what amazing things water can do)

The average amount of calories for a 13 year old is 2100, so if i were you I would try getting about 1600-1800 calories or so!.

My brother was like that!. Now he is 21 and fat is gone!. He started walking to college by foot everyday couple years ago and eating healthy - no sweets and junk food!. Well, I had that problem too, and then I bought rollerblades and do 8 miles in the park every day and no junk food!. I went from chunky to skinny in no time and I was having fun!. So workout is number 1!. Then no sweets, if you have to have them do not eat after 6pm, just have fruit or something small - and make sure you eat, don't starve yourself since you body stops burning calories that much if it thinks it went into starvation mode!. Also drink a lot of water!. Eat something every 3-4 hours to keep those calories burning!.

well u could try going for runs!. start out with short distances like, a block or two, then gradually run longer!. u can also get up to change the channel, or do situps during commercials thats what i do!. u can try school sports, even if ur not atheletic!. its a great way to hang with or meet friends!. as for a diet, u can try cutting down on calories and eating fruits and veggies for a snack!. try homemade fruit smoothies!. theyre super yummy and healthy! just do a few cups of ice, yogurt, milk, and fruit and blend it together!. hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

next year september maybe!. all you have to do is work out more!. run,walk,have a great diet,and be happy!. if you get upset about the way you are you can gain weight!. other wise just exercise!. dont feel bad about yourself!. you can do it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
