What are some ways to exercise INSIDE with no "tools" or equipment?!


Question: What are some ways to exercise INSIDE with no "tools" or equipment!?
i'm a single mom - still have the baby weight, and it needs to go!!!!!!!

my son goes to bed at 8!. i live in a kinda small apartment, and don't really have money to buy a treadmill (not like it would fit) or weights or whatever!. i literally have a budget to the dollar, and am barely making ends meet!. so even if stuff is "cheap", i can't get it!.

i don't have much space either!. i don't wanna do pushups and stuff like that - i don't want muscle!. i just wanna lose some weight, you know!?!? i already have muscle (too much!) from carrying around my little man : )

i was thinking about like running in place, but i can't imagine that would accomplish much!.!.!.!.!. haha

any tips would be helpful!. thanks so much!.!.!.!.!.!.

there is a great exercise i learned at school called the bicycle!. You lay on your back, put your hands behind your head, and move your legs like you're riding a bike, one leg extended, and one bent, over and over again!. Also, make sure you're touching your elbows to your knees each time they bend in (opposite elbow to opposite knee)!. This really works your belly area, so do it every day!.

I actually ran in place during the winter and lost a bit of weight!. Throw in some jumping jacks (assuming you live on the bottom floor)!. Also, just stepping up and down on a stool or chair for awhile works too!. Hope everything works out ok!Www@Answer-Health@Com

how about rethinking how you lose weight!.
how about spending a little more time and count calories you eat during the day!.
a woman can safety eat between 1000 and 1300cals a day and lose weight fairly rapidly!.
just spead the cals!. out in meals about 3hrs apart!. 3meals of about 300cals and 2 snacks of about 100cals!.
i lifted weights did no cardio and ate 1300 to 1500cals and lost 15lbs in 9weeks!.
i also sipped over a gallon of ice water a day to curb hunger!. it really helped!. i only felt slightly hungry between meals!.
diet is alot easier than exercise i think!. exercise is important tho!.
if you lose weight there is almost no chance of gaining muscle at the same time!. i tried and still lost 4lbs of muscle!.

Dance!! I love dancing every saturday morning to ' vidio hits', its great! I dont know if you could play very loud music because you live in in a small apartment, and if you were going to do it after your son went to bed!.!.!.!.!. but whatever type of music you like!.!.!.!.!. play it softly if you have to! dancing is a great workout, because you are always moving your body!. But always remember to stretch before and after any worout :)

If dancing isnt really your thing, I dont really know what else you could try :S but I still wouldnt go and spend money on some tv workout machine!.!.!.they are a rip-off!.!. Good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com
