Okai, I am 13 years old(going to be 14 later this year)!. I am about 5'5'' and a half or 5'6''!. I really do not know!. I weigh about 180 pounds!. Yes, I know that's a lot!. School will start in September and basketball season starts in November!. I need to lose about 40-60 pounds!. No, I don't need to!.!. I HAVE too!. When I went to school(before summer vacation), I hear people even my own friends whispering about my weight!. I am sooo tired of this! I try to eat healthy as possible and I exercise but it doesn't work out!. It's really not fair!.!.!.!. I want to wear a dress that hugs my body perfectly!.!.!. I wear a size 16 dress!. I wear size 11-13 pants and XL shirts!.!.!. Don't give me that useless nonsense about eat healther and stuff!. I want you guys to actually give me a menu and exercise stuff right now when you post an answer!!!! I hate myself!.!.!. realy I do!! Please help!!!! Unfortunately, I do not have a photo!.!. Alright, here goes nothing!.!.!. *Cracks knuckles and begins to type*

You will need to speed up your metabolisium by eating foods with lots of A and C vitamins!. and also foods with lots of Protein!. (Meat, peanutbutter, and eggs are good sources of protein) And yes, it is important to eat healthy!. Eat foods with lots of whole grains and vitamans!. Stay away from pasta, wheat and whey, as they contain B vitamins that will slow down your metabilisum (and build weight)!. (But of course, B vitamins are good when your building muscle!. Dont neglect them completely, you need them)!.

Stay away from junk food such as Chocolate, chips, sodapop, and other sweets!. You can still have these foods, but in small amounts!.

Try counting your calorie intake!. A normal diet consists of 2000 calories per day!. Try limiting yourself to around 1200 or so!.

Also, you will need to watch what you drink!. Sodapop and tea are out of the question!. Drink about 3-4 glasses of water a day, and lots of milk!.

Make sure you get plenty of excersize!. Try jogging around your block a few times each day and do excersises such a sit-ups and running in place!.

Its going to take a lot of work to lose 40-60 pounds, but i know you can do it!. Good luck!.

I used to be big and didn't like my body, but I embraced being big!. If you really want to lose weight, you don't have to eat healthier!. You just have to eat less of the same foods you eat, but like an hour after you eat, jog around the block or something!. This really helps!. I went from a 42 to a 32!. It might not be fast, but its the healthy way and its not going to come back easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat Healthy, Excercise, Love Life!. Weight is not THE measurement for healthiness, attractiveness, etc!. Some people can eat all the **** in the world and stay skinny as a pole and some people can eat nothing but salad and can't lose weight!. Do the best you can, embrace what you have, and take advantage of the body you're in!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i swim every day for at least an hour or more cut what you eat to half and drop your favourite non healthy food keep it up and dont snack unless its a carrot or something and in three months youll lose 50 plus pounds it works!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it takes work to lose weight!.!.!.!.lots of work!. You must drink lots of water, no soda, and eat low fat foods!. Weight watchers and lean cuisine have good meal boxes that are available at grocery stores!. they are low calorie!. You must exercise a lot!.!.!.and your friends arent very good friends if they talk about you!. if they were true friends, they would support you!.
you said exercise doesnt work for you, but maybe you arent giving it a fair chance!. it takes a few weeks, maybe even a few months to see results so you must be patient!.
if you truly have tried this and it doesnt work then maybe you should go to the doctor; you could have diabetes or even a thyroid problem that causes you to gain weight!.
