Bad sleeping routine?!


Question: Bad sleeping routine!?
hi, i have a really bad sleeping routine because i just lay on my bed watching t!.v and going on my laptop!. i normally go to bed at 1-4 am and get up round 2 pm i don't want to take any medicine or sleeping tablets just to get back into a routine normally!. thank you for any answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Turn off the TV and computer at least two hours before you go plan on going to bed!. The light from the screens trigger your brain into keeping you awake longer!. Get comfortable in bed and read a book until you feel sleepy!. Make sure the room temperature is neither hot nor cold, just right!. Once you do feel sleepy, turn off all the lights so you are completely in the dark!. Then let yourself drift to sleep!.

If all else fails, and I know you said you don't want medicine, but Nyquil helps!. I took some last night and was so exhausted within the half hour of taking it, I fell asleep on the couch where I was because I was too tired to get up and into bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

how about you stop watching tv and going on your laptop and go straight to bed it will be hard for the first week to get back to your normal routine and try not to eat junk food before you sleep because that just makes it harder hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, take the tv and laptop out of your room! I read somewhere that you should only sleep and make love in your bed so as to associate in ur mind, ur bed with only those 2 things!.

All gadgets in bed room are a misfit and should be removed!.
Go to bed with a relaxed mind and a book and you will not know when you have slept!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem once what i ended up doing was staying awake for 24 hours till your so tired you go to sleep at a good time and then wake at a normal time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
