What exercises are good to strengthen the stomach and back muscles?!

What exercises are good to strengthen the stomach and back muscles?

Which are not hard on your back where you can gradually work up to more difficult exercises?


Answers:

Good Ab exercises:
Hanging Leg raises (my personal fav)
Sit ups (on flat ground or an incline surface)
Crunches (weighted or not)
Side raises

Back
Lower back:
dead lifts / good mornings
weighted back extensions

Upper back:
lat pull downs
wide grip pull ups
rows

There are more out there these are a couple that i do.
