You will lose weight yes!. However, it is a terribly unhealthy way to do, it will also affect your mental health!. You will not have the energy to work out, build muscle and keep your metabolism up!. You will also regain it back when you start eating again, because your body will be doing all it can to conserve calories, AKA starvation mode!.

You will lose just as much, be healthy, and be able to keep it off if you eat six small amounts daily!. Vegies, fruit, lean meat, low fat dairy, whole grains!. Cut out diet pop, junk and fast food, and white flour and you will be off to a great start!. You will have a lot of energy and be able to work out too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The Grapefruit diet does not work!. You will starve your body of nutrients that could result in lack of energy and a weakening of the immune system leading to illness!.

Make healthy choices!. Pass on the fast food (McDonalds, Carles Jr!., Taco Bell, etc!.!.) and go for fresh foods!. If preparing food requires a microwave, then odds are it isn't a healthy choice although there are some good microwavable foods out there!.
Eat carrots or cut fruit for snacks!.
Eat Breakfast! Don't skip it, it will only hinder progress!. Have a serving of oatmeal with fresh fruit or a bowl of bran flakes (a single bowl of bran flakes beats a grapefruit any day)!.
Drink lots of water; a minimum of four [4] bottles a day!.

There is no fast, healthy way to lose a lot of weight!. Making the right choices are key to losing it and KEEPING it off!.

The reason it will work is because you are excluding all the major food groups your body *needs* to function!.

If you managed to stick to this insane 'diet' for a fortnight without punching someone for their bar of chocolate or eating everything in the fridge, then you'll probably lose about 7lbs!.

BUT this is wrong!. It'll be water weight, no fat loss!. You'll feel awful, have no energy, dull skin, lank hair, probably be a bit spotty and downright irritable too!.

Just eat a healthy mix of complex carbs, fruit, veg and good lean protein and EXERCISE!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. I have answered a million questions like this one!. The grapefruit diet consists of more than grapefruit, and that doesn't work!. It is not healthy!. you need more nutrients than that!. And, then, when you start eating normally again you will start gaining weight back!. Please eat a healthy diet and exercise!. You are only asking for trouble the other way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
