I don't know what is in the water these days but I remember I didn't hit a hundred pounds or 5 foot until 9th or 10th grade!. My niece is 14 and the girl down the street who is 12 are both about 125 pounds!. It is probably eating habits for them but it seems to be a common epidemic!. Your daughter seems right on track, depending on her height of course!. How much did you weigh when you were her age!? Probably about the same!. According to the Center for Disease Control from the 70's to the early 2000's, mean weight was from about 105-115lbs!. Just make sure she is healthy and stays active, that is all that matters!.

It would help to mention her height!.!.!.but in most cases, 93 pounds is no where near overweight!. The most important thing to remember is that she's a growing girl!. Kids go through all kinds of stages before they reach their adults bodies!.

Please don't make her feel bad about her weight either!. That will only hurt her in the end!.

No she's not over weight she's pretty healthy for her age!.!. When I was 4'9 (I was twelve too) I was about 87 pounds!. She is perfectly normal!Www@Answer-Health@Com
