Protein intake question?!


Question: Protein intake question!?
ok so i dont know how much protein i should take!. i am about 6'2 and weigh about 165lbs!. after my daily workout i take two cups of whey protein with milk which is about 60grams i believe!. Ive been doing that for about a week now, but havent seen any effects yet!. Is this amount of protein enough!? Too much!? when should i start getting bigger!.!?

You should take ~150g of protein a day if you're weightlifting!.
