The very fact that you asked and posted this question points to an obsessive behavior!. At your age you NEED to eat!. You need to eat a variety of foods from all food groups and you need to eat a lot!. Your body is still developing, and by starving it now, you are setting yourself up for health problems for the rest of your life!.

Your actual problem is not an eating problem!. You yourself have stated that you have low self esteem!. At your age, believe me, almost everyone suffers from low self esteem!. (Believe it or not, most adults too -- they just cover it up better!.) One seemingly innocuous comment made by a parent, sibling or teacher can affect you for the rest of your life!. If your low self esteem comes from people putting you down -- take a good listen to what they are saying -- then decide if they might just be pointing out THEIR OWN imperfections and trying to transfer them to your shoulders!. You will be surprised at how often this is true!.

Every one of us has a special gift!. You owe it to yourself to take care of your growing body by feeding it well, using it physically, challenging your brain and avoiding excesses of any kind!.

If you did not care about yourself, you would not have asked your question!. Please, find a mentor that will build you up!. Who do you admire and aspire to be like!? You have a special place and a special purpose!. Please, take care of yourself, whatever that takes (a doctor, teacher, social worker or spiritual leader)!. Listen to your inner voice - not the voice of others who would like to bring you down to their level!.

You are special!. It's up to you to believe it!. Love, light and blessings to you dear one!.

What is your height!?

One stick of celery is not sufficient!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Technically you're not anorexic, because to be anorexic you have to be underweight!. You sound more like an ed-nos girl (eating disorder not otherwise specified)!. If you feel like you should lose more weight, then go for it! But make sure you are losing the weight the healthy way!. Try eating 1200 calories a day of healthy food!. Lean meats (especially turkey) are good, green leafy vegetables, and I absolutely love fat-free yogurt, because it comes in so many flavors and tastes so good, but is guilt-free too! Also don't over-exercise, because it's bad for your body!. And remember: if you eat under 1200 calories a day, your body will go into starvation mode! This is not good, because then everything you eat will be stored as fat, because your body thinks you're starving!.!.!.not good if you're trying to lose weight!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
