My diet- Will it work?
I'm trying to lose 20 lbs in 2 months. Here's what I'll be doing...
I'll eat 600 calories a day. Here's an example of what I'll eat in one day.
Breakfast- 3 egg whites and 1/2 serving of cheese.
Snack- Low fat yogurt
Lunch- 1/2 can of tuna. Spinach salad with 25 calorie dressing
Snack- 1 slice of whole wheat bread and carrots
Dinner- Small portion of fish, green beans, and whole wheat bread.
Snack- 1/2 cup of grapes
I'll also be taking hoodia and drinking wu-long tea.
Ohhhhh could some1 tell me about Hoodia? What does it do? How much weight can I lose from it?
Anyways, of course I'll be drinking about a gallon of water a day. And nothing but water, tea, and coffee.
I'll be burning about 300 calories a day with exercise.
Pilates, Walking, and a 20 minute jog every day!
And weight lifting twice a week.
So- I'm hoping this will do the trick- what do you think?
Any advice? Modifications?
Answers:
Eat 1200 calories a day, otherwise you'll starve yourself and end up not losing any weight at all and feeling sick. Hoodie doesn't work, don't waste your money.
