Hey, I'm trying to build muscle mass, I eat a healthy diet, with a high-caloric intake, and Whey protein, and all that!. My question is, do I need creatine to really do good in building mass and weightlifting!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think creatine is a waste like it gives uenergy cuz it boosts hormones in ur body kinda like a steroid but not bad side effects as long as ufollow the directions carefully on it!.!.but i dont like it i dont think it's necesary cuz it's not it helps ur workout more intensly and it's just like carbs and chemicals i think you shouldnt use it but that's up to u i think eating food before a workout is better and creatine made me sick so i dont use it!. the creatine doesnt build mass it helps ur energy to u can workout more and more intensly to help build massWww@Answer-Health@Com

However, In my opinion!. I think protein supplement is more suitable for you if you want to grow your muscle mass faster since protein is the nutrition to boost the growth rate of your muscle!.
