any non equipment exercises to lose about 3lbs off my tummy and see nice abs!?

I lost a lot of stomach fat from jogging 30 minutes daily!. I have recently been doing about 150 - 200 crunches/sit ups a day!. Those also help to tone your stomach and to get abs!. :) Hope this helps! Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can't spot reduce !.!.!. you have to lose overall body fat to lose tummy fat !.!.!.

try swimming and kick-box aerobics !.!.!. they are higher intensity than running and burn more calories !.!.!. they also focus a lot of work on the core body muscles which is what you will need to get good abs and a firm, trim waist !.!.!.

cruches and straight-leg raises will help build some muscle, too, but if your form is good with the kick-boxing, then you won't need much extra help on the ab muscles !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
