Question: Pls help how can i gain a stone weight in a month!?
i find it really hard to gain weight and i really wana put on a stone within the nxt month!.!.wat foods can i eat to gain the weight,and i dont care if its junk food!.!.cuz i cant eat large portions of food at once r i feel really sick!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i put on 2 stone in 6 months with this diets and a 3 times a week full body weights plan!.

Breakfast
100g porridge oats + scoop of protein + banana whizzed in to a smoothie
2 eggs on wholemeal

Snack
Chicken Salad on wholemeal bread

Lunch
Baked potato with tuna + Sweetcorn or chicken breast + salad
Cereal bar

Snack
50g of unsalted nuts + 25g beef jerky

Pre workout
Protein + maltodextrin/dextrose shake

Post workout
Protein shake
Banana + peanut butter on wholmeal bread

Dinner
High protein but carb light meal!.

Pre bed snack

You know, in a country!.!.!. and it's England, going by your spelling, where obesity is a national problem, I find it both disturbing and interesting that you'd want to gain a stone!. Why!?

I mean, it's quite refreshing to see someone trying to put weight on instead of attempting to get to the utterly ridiculous size six (zero for all you US types) which is only the domain of the naturally slim!.!.!. which is something a good ninety nine percent of the UK population are not built for!. But crash weight gain is no healthier than crash dieting, and you should bear that in mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i bet your really sweet as a person but you cant do that its mad you can eat junk food for a month and if you got a metabolizm like mine you will prob still lose weight you got to balance your life as a whole as in good sleep try not to to get to stressed and if you need it proffesional help you aint no coward asking for help its just the same as asking a gym intructor how to use a piece of equipment there aint no quick fix mcdonalds is **** for someone like you

That is very unsafe to put on so much weight so quickly!. You should put on about 2 kilos a month max using a healthy diet and exercise regime!. Eat lots of protein based foods and do muscle training to bulk up quickly (but not that quickly)Www@Answer-Health@Com
