Question: Should you wait or keep going the next day after a workout!?
So I went running yesterday and I hadnt worked out in about 3 weeks!. I am a little bit sore but feel as though I could work out today again with no problem!. However, should I wait or could I go ahead and do it!. I know that muscles need recovery time!. I seem to get conflicting information here and there!. What is recommended!? 1)exercise to build muscle-3x per week(20 minutes per session)
2) eat to increase your metabolism rate-don't skip your meal-breakfast,lunch,dinner and 2 snacks between meal!.!.take smaller portion every meal!.!.!.
3) water for detox-drink a lot of plain water!. for every 25 kg you gained, drink 1 litre of plain water!.!.!.

if you want to gain muscle then you should keep running
but if you dont want to be toned and just want the sore spots to heal then you should rest
to help the soreness make sure you stretch before and after you work out
you can also use and ice pack or a heat pad to help the soreness
make sure you have a pattern for working out
