im 16 and weigh about 157 and am 5'10"!.!.!.what would be the perfect routine for me to workout to gain muscle!.!.!.i have a gym pass to la fitness!.!.!.please help

Protien, proper sleep, that is really when muscle develope mass after tearing them down and pumping them up in the gym,3 sets of 8 with the last one so hard you can barley make the last lift!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There is no such thing as a perfect routine!. At your age I still wouldn't go heavy with weights because your bones aren't yet fully hardened!. I damaged my knee like that and it still causes me problems when I train nearly thirty years on!.
