So, I was thinking!.!. eating 1000 or less a day and jogging, starting with 5 minutes and then increasing!. What do you think!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't need to starve yourself to lose wieght!. infact sometimes, you need to eat more protein, to burn the fat!
for a workable diet -
here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!. potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category!. 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ,ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. have a protein shake too, if you want!. it will fight the fat and give you extra energy to exercise!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cutting calories to anything less than 1200 is considered a starvation diet, especially if you are doing cardio!. if you crash diet, you force your body into what is known as "starvation mode" whereby your body holds onto its fat and begins to burn muscle (which contain more nutrition and also contains more weight and energy, etc)!. once you lose muscle, your metabolism slows down as muscle requires ore energy to sustain itself in which case your body no longer requires as much energy to sustain itself due to lack of muscle!. eventually you lose so much muscle that your (unreasonably low) calorific intake will plateau (i!.e!. your body will only really require that many calories and so you will stop losing weight) causing you to have to decrease further!.
if you break past your plateau, and once you have reached your "goal weight", and start eating normally again, your body will grab hold of all the food you take in and store it straight away as fat - thus, you have to continue to eat that way to maintain your weight which is unhealthy and unrealistic!. dieting is ridiculous!. what you want to do is increase your metabolism!. do this by not cutting calories but instead changing your eating habits!. don't eat by numbers, eat by your stomach!. when yyou are hungry, don't deny your body fopd for the sake of dieting - eeat, only eat something nutritious and healthy!. eat when you are hungry, but stop right before you start feeling "full", more when you are satisfied and no longer feeling hungry!. you will probably find that you will feel hungry again sooner, but don't frett - it is better to eat smaller meals but regularly as opposed to large meals just three times a day!. also, eat slowly, as you allow your stomach the time it needs to realise it is full and send that "full" and "satisfied" message to your brain!. inbetween bites, have a sip of water, which will help you eat slower and also aid digestion!. make sure you drink plenty of water during the day as this will help you realise when you really are truly hungry and also cleans out your body and aids digestion!. most people confuse feeling "hungry" with feeling thirsty cos the two parts of the brain are very close together!.
start with a healthy and nutritious breakfast (something like all-bran or maybe some plain probiotic yoghurt with fruit) and if you get hungry between then and lunch snack on fruit or veg!. at lunch have a healthy hearty sandwiche with some healthy bread!. treat yourself to a nice healthy dinner - you can cook wonderful fish and pasta dishes without hhaving to stick to boring and tasteless diet foods - don't destroy your enjoyment of food!. however, stick to fish as it is a "lean" source of pprotein, meaning that there is more protein in relation to fat (which is eeither low or of a healthy kind)!. protein builds muscle which increases your metabolism!. do this combined with shorts bursts of cardio and you will find it will work so much better and effective for you!. cardio combined with a nutritious diet builds muscle, instead of straight out burning/losing it for energy if combined with starving!.
once you lose the weight this way you will also be able to continue to enjoy food as you always have done and you will maintain that weight with greater ease AND it is healthier for you to lose weight this way!. if you look after your body, you will feel better and be healthier!. the weight might not collapse off but it will last longer so you won't have to ever crash diet again!.
again, don't fret about calories, people don't give their bodies enough credit - the body starts storing calories as early as food being in the mouth (about a third of them, infact) so your body has a way of measuring the number you take in, so it knows how much it needs better than you do by controlling them mathematically! you probably find that in the past you have overate (most people inhale a massive bowl of something in under ten minutes and feel bloated full about ten minutes later because they havent given their stomach tie to register the portion - little did they know, they only required about half of their bowl)!. pay attention when you eat to give time to receive signals!. it will soon become second nature

Yes start a few minutes a day of jogging then when you are comfortable with that then increase!. Swimming is also good in fact any exercises is good!. Even walking, gardening etc!. Make sure you are eating a healthy diet, fresh fruit & vegetables, chicken & turkey instead of red meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you eat less you wont lose fat faster, because the chemaicals that your body needs to make won't be able to be produced!. How come everybody on this site thinks it's right to eat under 1,000 calories!. It's not at all! Your going to severely damage your body!. The right amount of calories to lose weight for female is anywhere from 1500-1800!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
