How many days should i be working out?!


Question: How many days should i be working out!?
Hey!. I am 16 y!.o!. male weigh 185 lbs!.

i usually work out 30 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of weight-lifting!.!.

what is your reccommendation for the amount of days in the week i should work out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is recommended to only work out 5 days of the week!. but every source says something different!. i guess it really depends how long one works out in a day!. if one only does 20 minutes a day then obviously it wouldn't hurt to do it daily!. i do know for a fact that anything over an hour a day is pointless because your muscles have already been stretched to their limit by then!. im 19 and i work out 5 days a week at an hour day and my body is never too tired!. happy working out = )Www@Answer-Health@Com

U should do a 45min -60 min cardio with 10-15 min of weight on 3 dats

A 45 min weight training and 40 min cardio on 3 days

Alternate the days!.

keep a day for rest is very imp for the body to recuperate Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suppose you should work out the usual 3 days a week
Its more effectivde that way!. You're not pushing yourself as hard and its balanced!.

You need to vary the weight lifting so you don't do the same lifts two days in a row or at least skip every other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
