Was my eating healthy today?!


Question: Was my eating healthy today!?
BREAKFAST:
honey nut cheerios
orange juice

LUNCH:
Hashbrowns

SNACKS:
Cheese stick
Weight Watchers ice cream

DINNER:
Steak 4 oz
french bread
salad & dressing


So I figured it out the best I could, and today I ate just under 1000 calories, 105 grams of carbs, 21 grams of fat, 31 grams of protien!.

Is this healthy to eat for a day!? Did I eat too many carbs, fat,etc!? Does anyone have any healthy snack recommendations!? thanks!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the dressing was the only bad thing you eat!. but you need to snack more!. ideally you should eat 6 or more small meals a day!.
fat free milk with breakfast can be a good idea or silk!.
if the hash browns were fried you should choose a baked potato next time!.
and come on if you diet all the time you deserve real ice cream!. eat it with breakfast in the morning and you wont go to sleep with ice cream in the belly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not all about calories!. You ate a good amount of calories, but you should have had something healthy instead of ice cream, even if it was weight watchers!. Instead of the steak, you should have had chicken!. Also, add some fruits and veggies!. If you don't like veggies, try making a fruit and veggie smoothie!. It sounds gross, but you only taste the fruit!. And, it was around 1200 calories when I added it!. 1200 is a good amount of calories!. Just under 1000 is not healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It was fine!.
I am vegan, so I would never eat like that, but by conventional nutrition standards, you ate perfectly well!.
Probably don't eat that everyday(the ice cream and hash browns), but otherwise, good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would've dropped the hashbrowns and the bread, you want to avoid carbs perhaps more diligently!? Also, you had no fruit or vegetables and a diet like that will kill you eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You didn't have enough vegetables, hence, not enough nutrition!. Try adding some green veggies, they're low in calories but high in nutrients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

under 1000 is definitely too low!. you should have between 1,500 and 2,000; more if you exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lunch could be different
and if you ate under 1000 calories, eat more!.
