The best way is to eat healthily, and to exercise!. Have balance in your life!. I dont think that the fat removing surgeries are the way to go!. For your health it is better to do it through a healthy diet and exercise!.

if hard drink = alcohol, cut that out!. drink more water, to flush out excess water weight!. then, start an excercise routine!. its a slow process, but the faster you lose weight the faster you gain it back!. after 30, it becomes harder to lose weight!. you are a young person with a fast metabolism, so you have to try harder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best way to lose ur weight is
1 Do pranayama,meditation in early morning
2 Dont walk for 3-7 Kms its dirty habit doing 1hr pranayama is equal to 8 Kms walk so pls do that
3 Drink the pumpkin juice daily(Only at d mornin) it will reduce ur weight and do some exercises
4 Avoid Non veg if u r really want to lose ur weight
5 Dont go for alopathy and tablets n bla bla bla it will affect u a lot

diets dont work !.!.!.i was struggeling since the last 10 years to lose 1lbs !.!.!. i was desperate and gave up hope!.!.!.!. i was dieting excersicing nothing worked!.!.!.

3months ago!.!.!. i was cutting down on bread, rice!. and pasta!.!.!.!. i eat lots of chinese food which i prepare myself !.!.!. i use only a bit of olive oil or sesame oil to prepare it!.!.!. i eat lots of veggies and fruits!.!.!. meat only grilled!.!.!. and this every 3hr (3 main meals !.!.!.2 snacks)!.!.!.but just a little ammount!.!.!.

but the main thing is!.!.!.!.i discovered instead of drinking 2ltr of water i started drinking "green tea" (even cold)!.!.!. now the lbs are melting away!.!.!.!. i went from a 144lbs !.!.!. to a 120lbs within 3 months!.!.!.!. i work out 1 hr a day!.!.!. and i feel fine now!.!.!. im still losing weight!.!.!.

if u want to prepare the green tea u have to make it right to get all the benefits!.!.!.
bring water to boil !.!.!.!. and leave it to cool down for 3 min ( very important ) then pour the water into tea kettle with1 table spoon of green tea leafs !.!.!. let it rest "atleast" 5min covered!.!.!. ( i leave it until cooled down because i like it cold and very concentrated)!.!.!.!. i add fresh pressed lemon juice to it!.!.!.!. its refreshing!.!.!.

ur answer is in ur question only!. u r just young enough to exercise and reduce weight!. there is no problem with eating , eat well but dont overreat, and try to avoid drinks as much as possible!. even if u want surgery, you better visit a doctor then taking online advise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dunt waste money on gyms or belts they are just temporary solution !. do excersice daily !. in beginning u will find difficult so first day start with 15 min , then 20 , then 30 slowly slowly increase this timming !. and have control on ur diet !. avoid fried foods and chocolates !.drinks lots of water atleast 14 -15 glasses per day !. do excersice it really hepls u will see diffrence in 1 week seriously try it !. leave fried foods, non veg !. dunt go for surgery thts not gud !. as u r too fatty therefore it will work very fast on u
