Answers:
I think you are anorexic, honey!. I can see right through your anorexic lie about "not being hungry"!. I know it's what they always say, and they don't even realise they are sick and need help!. If you go on like this, you could be dead or under VERY poor health in a matter of a couple/few months!. OF COURSE it is unhealthy!. Sweetie, you have a problem:( Side affects of severe malnutrition include:

Weakening of muscles--As the body goes into "starvation mode", it begins to feed of major organs, tissues, and muscles, being there no fat on it, so the heart will weaken as well!.
Lack of energy--When I had anorexia at its worst, I could barely crawl up the stairs:(
Thinning bones--Prone to breaking, and risk of osteoporosis, especially in females
Thinning hair--Could be very thin and patchy
Aged look--Skin will stretch and make someone look older
Bruising easily and taking more time to heal--Weakened immune system, so you'll get colds and viruses more as well!.
ALWAYS being cold due to lack of fat insulation!.
Bad circulation!.
Tiredness and shortness of breath due to lack of iron!.
Failure of brain functioning, poor concentration, poor use of speech!. (I stuttered like MAD when I was anorexic)!.
Depression from lack of food and energy!.
Periods stop, fertility is lost!.
If ED is allowed to progress VERY far, hair called lanugo grows to give the body extra warmth!. It's a very fine, fuzzy layer of hair that tries to replace fat!. Premature infants are born with it!.
Death eventually!.

But honey, when I was sick, I didn't CARE about these side affects!. I just desperately wanted to be stick thin, more than anything, and that's what you want too, isn't it!?

Before long, friends and family will notice your weight dropping, and they'll ask what's wrong, if you don't get it over with and tell them NOW!. They DON'T want to lose you!. I broke my parents' hearts when I was ill with anorexia!. It's HELL!. Do a very brave thing and tell you have a problem and go to the doctor to get it sorted!. xxxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

hmmm 600 calories everyday is relatively unhealthy!. Well it really depends on the food you eat!. if its one thing from fast foods then thats very unhealthy but if its 600 calories from mainly fruits and vegetables thats much better but still risky!. Thats good that your not hungry so at least ur not starving your body but it also depends on how active you are!. just in case get about 1100 calories everyday because even when your sitting!.!.!. your burning calories!. Your metabolism can go down and that can add weight when you start to eat more!. I get you when you say felling guilty about eating stuff!. Dont be guilty about eating because thats normal but just be aware about WHAT you eat and how much of it!. Indulge but just dont over indulge!. :DD hope that helps!. stay healthy and activeee<3 Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends how much weight you're loosing and what you're eating!.

If you're eating good, wholesome foods, and have a BMI over 18, then you're perfectly okay!.

If you're eating junk food and processed meals, and/or have a BMI under 18, then you could have heart attacks, organ failure, brain damage!.!.!.no matter what age you are, whether it be 15 or 50!.

Get help now while your young!. That was me when I was your age (I've read another of your questions) and that is still me now! I'm 17 now!. ED's are so much easier to treat when you first get them, rather than when it's full blown like mine!. I wish I could say this without being a hypocrite but please DO NOT do this to yourself!.

Good luck (In getting help!) :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat more you need to eat for fuel for your body to run right the reason your not hungry is because 600 calories is what your body is used to how old are you and how much do you weigh!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

600 calories a day is very very unhealthy!. You got a couple answers saying it might be OK, but they are completely wrong!. There is just no way that your body can function properly on only 600 calories no matter what kind of food you're eating!.

I think a large part of you not being hungry is probably psychological!. Also when you don't eat enough your body slows your metabolism down so that you don't get really ill or, eventually, die!. That could be part of the reason!.

Eating such a small amount of food has a lot of physical side effects!. Short term- you'll get low energy, bad skin, iron deficiency/anemia and other vitamin deficiencies!. If you keep eating too little food you will get fragile bones and bad teeth, lose your hair, grow hair on weird places like your face, your body will start to eat other types of tissue like muscle, heart, brain and other organs once its eaten most of your fat!. If you're younger then its extra bad because your body is still growing and malnutrition will cause more permanent damage!.
Here are a couple links with more info on that probably explaining it better than I can:)

I think you should first try to up your calories to about 1200-1500 calories a day, then around 1800-2000!. You should also really really try to see a therapist or counselor for a while!. You should not have to feel guilty about eating normally- it is good for you! It really sounds like you have an eating disorder or are developing one!. I have had anorexia for about 10 years, it really takes over your life and just makes you more and more miserable!. Its also really difficult to get rid of an eating disorder= I think unless you get some help then it may keep coming back whenever you're stressed, depressed, etc!. so please try to find someone to talk to about this!.
Good luck, and take care of yourself:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
