Diet Plan for a 13 year old.?!


Question: Diet Plan for a 13 year old!.!?
Does anyone know like a diet website that can help me plan out a diet!. Can tell me what i should eat and etc!. I am 13 and weigh 130 lbs!. and i want to be 100 lbs!. I am about 5'2!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your weight is healthy, and you are too young to diet!. If you try to lose weight somehow, please don't take the advice of any website that claims drastic weight loss in a week or month or whatever!.!.you will harm yourself and cause serious damage, and with these diets, you end up gaining the weight loss if you in fact do end up losing weight!.

You are still growing and need your nutrients!. And so you know, if you diet, limit your eating, AND work out, you won't lose weight - you will gain!!!

I would definitely not suggest dieting for you, but if you do plan to work out, INCREASE your caloric intake not decrease!. Eat a variety of foods and do a variety of exercises!. You should not work out more than an hour each day!. It's way too much for an adult body let alone a 14 year old growing body!. You will GAIN weight if you do this!. Alternate between weight training and cardio each day, never all combined!. Before training though, warm up for about 15 minutes-20 min with some light cardio, then do your weights!. See a trainer maybe at a gym, or just watch what you eat for now!.!.!.and consider your height too!. What's your BMI!?

Cutting calories will starve your body, and then your body will turn your muscles and good nutrients and protein into fat so it can survive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go on a 2 mile run everyother day eat lots of Almonds they help you burn of weight!. Cut off on the sweets not like cold turkey like 1 sweet a day then in a few weeks no treats eat healthy yummy treats like Chocolate special K its Special K with chunks of chocolate in it!. Instead of drinking soda Drink Strawberry Lemonade from Trader Joes it doesn't have as much suar in the lemonade if it is Oroganic!. Try eating More oraganic foods you will be loosing the calories with out even trying!! i guess i know to much because im only 11 and 68 pounds!.!.!.!. but i still eat healthy do sports and go on 2 mile runs everyother day too stay in shape! i hope this helped!~good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just eat healthily and exercise your way up slowly!. Eat in proportions and make sure you drink enough water!. Losing weight takes time, so you should never hurry!. Begin by slowly exercising to see where you are at!. Eventually, you'll be better at exercising and move your way up from there!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 13 the last thing you should be worried about is dieting!

Your body has so many hormones raging around that in a few years, you'll barely recognize yourself!. Give it some time!.

You should talk with your doctor!. They can tell you whether you are at a healthy weight, and if you are not, they can recommend the best way to get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all!. 13 and weighing 100 pounds isnt good!. aim alittle higher!. go for 110 or 115!. and NO DIETING!. its bad!. all u really have to do is eat healthy and exercise!. I know you've heard it before!. but seriously it works!. Fruits and veggies and anything fresh is great!. join a sports group at ur recreation, or just go out jogging or even dance around with friends or go on bike rides!. anything fun that can be done by moving!.
