What causes a big butt?!
Question: What causes a big butt!?
Answers:
Over eating causes a big butt!
As individuals, we have each our own special places where nature has placed fat cells!. These fat cells will store fat when we eat more than is required to feed our bodies, and new cells will be built and added on to join the original ones as we fill them up!.
For some it is the butt, for others is the mid section or shoulders, and for others it is the thighs and hips with that awful term!.!.!."saddle bags!. For the unfortunate soul, all of these areas have fat storage cells waiting to build when intake is higher than energy output usage!.
Heredity has much to do with where our original fat storage area is located, but heredity has nothing to do with those being filled and new cells added!. Our eating habits and our eating quantity has everything to do with it!
Some may have a lower metabolism because of thyroid issues, but then slower metabolism simply means a lower ability to eat fats, high calories, and large amounts!.!.!.It doesn't still cause the fat! We do by exceeding what our ability is to metabolize the intake!. Exercise for such a person would up the metabolism level!.
I notice though, that the last thing to blame usually is ourselves!! Hahaha!
Hope that helps make sense of it all and good luck!
