When is the best time to work out?!


Question: When is the best time to work out!?
I work third shift and I am trying to figure out the best time to do my workout!. Should I work out right when I get out of work before I sleep!? Or when I get up, before I go to work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best time is whenever you can set asside about an hour uninterrupted on a daily basis!. The key thing is to decide that is when you are going to do only your exercise and nothing else is going to distract you!. It's like making a regular fitness appointment and everything else will have to just wait!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in the morning because your body burns the most fat in the morning, so thats probably the best time, make sure to get your pulse up by running first, then do workout excersisesWww@Answer-Health@Com

your muscles are most responsive at about 4 pm so as close to that as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know its hard but its best to work out right when you get up, early in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would suggest before work!. working out will give you energy and help you get through your "day" :) Www@Answer-Health@Com
