Question: IM A BIG FAT COW!?!?!?!?
lol , yeah i am 247 and about 5 10 I already lost two pounds in the past two days (water weight)

I take lipozene before I eat I also drink dexitrim max 2O through out the day will this hurt me!. I am going to get a gold gym member ship today!.

I have been drinking 8 bottles a water a day and i go pee like crazy does that help me lose any weight!?

Honey, you are a little ahead of me in the weight department, not much though maybe 1 or 2 lb!.s!. Honey being over weight is really bad for you,but limiting yourself to a weight loss drink throughout the day can be and most likely is dangerous!. You need to lose fat in your body and not nutrients!. You should eat the right foods every day limit your portions!.
My wife had passed away form a pulmonary embolism(blood clot on the lungs) that had migrated up from her legs!. If you are joining a gym!. Check with your doctor first and make sure that your body can handle the stress involved!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's very good that you are joining a gym! You are very young so getting to a healthier weight would be a great idea for you!. You've made a great choice to help yourself! Yes the water will help you lose weight (along with your working out at your new gym) it will give you some water weight but overall it will help you feel full and it's great that you are drinking that much water! PUT AWAY THE JUNK FOOD!! (I don't say this to be mean, I just want to get this straight) You can eat some chocolate and treat yourself from time to time but in moderation!. I need to lose like 16 pounds so I basically don't eat any junk food fruits and veggies are your friends!. When I lose 5 pounds, I treat myself and eat a whole hershey chocolate bar!. This gets me motivated to lose the weight!. As for exercising, I play fun sports in my back yard like soccer!. All you need is a ball, a net, and/or two trees for the goal and just practice shooting!. Or you can jump rope, play basket ball, take a walk with your dog (if you have one) or alone!. Just be creative and get off the computer and get outside!! You should be fine!! Whatever you do DO NOT GO ON A CRASH DIET!! I tried it a few times and it did not work at all! i think you're doing great! drink plenty of water, count calories (try to have less than 1800 a day, but more than 1200)!. work hard in the gym, and be consistant with it!. work out every day if you can!. the more you work out the better you feel, and before you know it the weight will just be dropping off!. and it becomes easier as you go!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest talking to your Dr about a diet plan and maybe even a diet pill!. It would work wonders!. Drinking water is great, keep it up!. The gym membership is also a great idea!. I would suggst speaking to your doctor as well as a nutrionist and gym trainer who can help set up a diet as well as a physical exercise program!. Muscle burns more calories then fat and the only way you will gain muscle and lose the fat is by working out!. I tried these dvds and they really work!. you can even look at people with real results!. Good Luck

I like Rookie's advice!. You have to stop eating crap!. Now what does it mean!? Everyone is saying it but no one is saying what IS crap!. There are things you can stop eating that will help you lose the weight!. But there are other factors!. The best way to lose weight is by staying satisfied by eating good foods!. When you have foods that are good for you and balance you meals well, they will satisfy your hunger!. When you eat junk food with unnatural fillers or artificial sweeteners that's when the body says, "Hey man, this is artificial!.!. unnatural, I don't know how to prosses this food!" So your body will turn that stuff into FAT because it doesn't know how to turn it into energy for burning!. You can eat healthy foods, be satisfied and feel safe that your body will know what to do with it!. The most unnatural ingredients are found in believe it or not DIET FOODS!. LMAO it's the biggest scam ever!. Diet soda is ok, but regular soda is jam packed with [remember this ingredient for the rest of your life] High Fructose Corn Syrup!. Look at labels of the food you eat, if it has that in it, don't eat it!. You can have carbohydrates adn you can have fats!. Carbs are energy and our bodies need fats!. There are good fats and there are bad fats!. You can have unsaturated fats!. monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are best!. Stay away from SATURATED FATS and TRANS FATS!. Eat vegetables, proteins like chicken breast and lean meats, and complex carbs like wheat bread, and high fiber cereals!. Lay of the sugary juices!. juice is OK, but too much of it will gain you a lot of calories you might have burned during exercise!. YES!!!! Exersice!. You will have to exercise to get your metabolism working harder and faster!. Exercise will make you lose weight FASTER than just dieting!. And like Rookie said, the more you exercise, the faster you'll see the weigh come off!. I do a lot of running and jogging on the treadmill!. I do the mile in 9 minutes!. When I started I couldn't even run the whole way and had to fast-walk it at 16 minutes/mile!. I like to strech before an dafter I run to avoid cramps or torn muscles while running and to avoid my muscles from tightening up not receiving the energy or burning the energy they shou;s after a run!. Even after you've been to the gym, your body will keep burning energy and metabolizing at a higher rate the rest of the day!. Remember: Eat good stuff and be satisfied, read labels and exercise!.

Vitamin B6 helps with the metabolism of foods when taken regularly!.
Taking a multivitamin a day should be enough for someone your age!.
