Question: How to get a lose weight around my stomach and lose my man boobs and love handles!?
I am really embarrassed about my man boobs i am 13 nearly 14 and weigh 10 stone i would love to be able to feel happy about myself i do lots of bike riding and and a bit of football(soccer)i would like to get rid of my love handles and a flat stomach but most of all get rid of my man boobs

The best thing you can do is aerobic exercising for more than 45 minutes at a time!. You should do this once a day and at least a couple of times a week (at least 3, more if you can)!. The reason I say 45 minutes is because the consumption of energy by the body is in stages: first you consume carbohydrates (sugars) and amino acids (proteins), and only after about 45 minutes to an hour, you start burning fat!. Fat is exactly what your man boobs are made of and the same goes for your love handles and non-flat stomach!.
I personally would play about 45 minutes of basketball, soccer, or whatever (insert biking if you would like), and I would finish up by doing some ab crunches!. The finish on the crunches is to focus the exercise, and therefore the burning of the fat, on the ab area, thus making for nice abs (I had a six-pack by age 12, I think--I used to play basketball during school lunch for 25 minutes, and then train for football for about 2 hours, daily)!. For your man boobs, try push-ups; I don't recommend that you lift weight, you should focus on high reps!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
