Add calories from protein and fruit!. I was told to add approx!. 200 calories a day!. I find that fruit isn't hard to eat, even when you're not hungry!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ha you sound like me as far as the eating goes my BMI is higher I am pretty sure but for weight gain I gained 5 pounds in a week from drinking 2 whey protein shakes a day and eating a lot of steak, chicken, and burgers!. Basically get fast foot anytime you can, and drink protein shakes when you wake up, and go to bed!. Especially at bed time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might try some weight gain protein shakes!. Try going to your local health food store or GMC and tell them that you're trying to gain weight and ask them for suggestions!. It might possibly be also that your metabolism is just too active for you to gain weight!. If all else fails there's always those double cheeseburgers from McDonalds!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
