Calorie help please!!!!!!!?!


Question: Calorie help please!!!!!!!!?
i want to bump my calorie intake up to 1200 calories a day to be healthy because ive been eating about 700-1000 calories a day for 5 weeks but by bumping it up i dont want to gain any wieght or inches to my body that i already lost and ive lost 6 inches and 15 pounds!.!.!.!.!. so if i bump my calorie intake up will i gain weight and inches back and if i would is there any way of trickin my body so that i wouldnt gain weight and inches back pleaze help me

and also i exercise daily and when exercising i usually burn about 300 calories !.!.!.!.and if i do bump my calorie intake up should i bump it up like 50 calories a day till i get to 1200 or if not tell me pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are eating less calories than my 6 yr old should! Check out mypyramid!.gov if you want to see it for yourself!.

If you are already eating 1000 calories some days, another 200 shouldn't be too big of a deal!. Just make sure to eat healthy foods and watch your weight!. If you catch yourself gaining too many inches - increase your exercise!. Do not cut back on food!. Your body may take a couple of days to adjust to more calories, but once it does your metabolism will keep you from gaining back too much!.

Also keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat!. So if you are living a healthy life but see some of those 15 pounds coming back - don't panic!. It could just be that you are getting in better shape :)

If you eat more, you will have to exercise to balance it out!.
You shouldn't worry, however, because most people need 1200 calories a day for normal living!.

If you do begin to eat more, you will veeeeery gradually gain weight back!. I once heard a doctor say that for every 3,000 extra calories, you will gain one pound!.
I doubt you should worry!.

Just eat your veggies and protien, and get some exercise- you'll be fine!.

You were eating 700-1000 calories a day and then burning off 300 of them by exercising!? How do you not fall down with exhaustion!? Humans need more calories than that!. I'd do at least 1500 if you're planning on burning 300 a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
