How do I get myself to like eating vegetables and I hate salad?!


Question: How do I get myself to like eating vegetables and I hate salad!?
I feel I need to add more vegetables and fruits in my diet!. But I just don't know good tips to make myself eat more vegetables and I HATE HATE HATE salad!.!.

I'm sorry, but salad is rabbit food!.!.!.!.!. and i hate dressing on my salad!.!.!. it's like covering up food that don't taste good!.!.

youre just not used to the taste!. just add alittle fruits and veggies everyday and you'll learn to love the taste!.
i hardly ate fruits and veggies than around september of last year i added more fruits to my everday diet!. example add bananas or strawberries in your breakfast!. eat cantaloupe or pineapple as a snack!. have steamed veggetables like carrots to a side in your dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, eating vegetables raw tastes very different from eating them cooked!. Try grilling veggies, adding very small amounts of veggies to the foods you already eat!. Mushrooms are really great, next time you eat out at a restaurant try a burger with grilled mushrooms! ease yourself into it!. When eating out, it's really fun and exciting to try new foods - opt for ones with veggies you have never eaten before! I am a vegetarian, and there are a lot of tasty recipes in the cookbooks that i have picked up, although many are quite elaborate - it's fun to try new things and veggies are (in my opinion) the healthiest thing you can eat!. So why not just try it!

Try cooking your veggies in new, different ways!. That can really change the texture and make them more appealing!.

I'm also not a fan of salad, I agree, rabbit food!. But I have found that I actually like salad made of spinach with grilled chicken on top!. I also prefer vinaigrette to typical dressings!. I think they taste a lot better and not like you're trying to cover anything up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
