What do you think about what I ate today?!


Question: What do you think about what I ate today!?
OK, so I need some outside opinions!.!.!.!.how does this sound!? Is it enough calories!? I'm 21 (girl), about 122 pounds and 5'6!. I don't really want to lose any more weight but I am trying to build more muscle and shed some excess fat, and I'm pretty active!. This is a typical day of eating for me!.!.!.!.

Breakfast - 1 serving cream of wheat, 1 TBSP!. peanut butter, 1 cup skim milk, 1 peach!.

Snack - 1 TBSP!. soy nuts, about 7 pistachios!.

Lunch - Roasted peppers & mushrooms, 1 serving baked BBQ-ed tofu!.

Snack - 1 banana!.

Dinner - 1 cup vegetable soup, some raw veggies, maybe some string cheese!.
