Question: I threw up after i ate!.!.!. idont wanna ruin my plan but i dont feel like eating!?
i had my dinner then my mom made cheesecake which i havent had in so long thought id have some even though i was full realy!.!.after i ate it i felt so sick i ended up throwing up!.!.i threw up like the cake and some of my veges not all my dinner though!.!.!.is that bad like will it still get rid of the protien i got from the chicken do i have to eat again to get the cals back i mean the cake was extra soo umm i dont wana lose muscle mass either so what should i doWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry about it, throwing up is a result of consuming more than your body needed!.
You most likely threw up because you didn't need all that food, primarily the cheesecake, I'm sure you didn't lose much of the protein!.
If you want, you can try taking a scoop of Whey in water, since that is a drink!. Only if your stomach feels up to it!.

Sounds to me like you got the stomach bug!! No, don't eat more after you get sick!. It will only make it worse!. Instead have something like 7up, Sprite, ginger ale!. Get stomach settled back down then have something light for a bedtime snacky!.

i would say eat something else, but not as heavy as like a 400-500 calorie meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
