Question:

Is it ok to eat what I want as long as I work out?

It's time for a change in my body, I'm on a diet and losing weight but just not happy. I'm 5'3"-5'4" and weigh about 120 and wonder if I go back to my normal eating habits but workout 3-4 times a week-will the workouts still change my body for the better? Or is diet totally needed? I don't need to lose...I just want to tone up and have a healthy looking body.
