How can I become motivated to loose weight?
I seriously need to loose weight and I can't do it alone. I recently lost my dad and I've been turning to food to fill up the emptyness thats in my heart. How can I stop this bad habbit? I want to loose 50lbs. Whats the best and quickiest way? Please don't give me the bullshit that its "UNHEALTHY" 2 loose weight so quick. I really don't care. If I die I die. I just want to be thin and look good. I can't fit into anything. Everyone that I know is a toothpick. I feel so fat. I don't even wanna go 2 the beach.

You seem to have a grasp of what is making you do the unhealthy. The trick may be connecting to something that makes you do the healthy.
Perhaps if you sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, think of your Dad. Now - what would he say about you pulling yourself down in your grief for him. Think of your Dad in a positive way. Remember the advertisement where the man puts his kids picture on the pack of cigarettes to give him a reason to quit? Put a picture of your Dad on the Fridge and tuck a tiny one in your sneakers. Take your Dad for a walk daily and find a way to celebrate his life by respecting his child! Weight loss won't fix what is broke. Time will ease the pain, but never remove it completely.

This is a very big calorie cut, so adjust if it's too low for comfort. Add exercise to help lift your mood and burn more calories.
