Better to lift weights first!. Your fully fueled & can get more out of lifting!. Then your glycogen stores are depleted & your burning fat during your cardio!.

run on treadmill first lift weights after because you are warming up your body before going into the exercise but don't forget to do your stretches so you don't pull a muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
