Question: How many jumping jacks to lose 1 or 2 pounds!?

my diet is great and i am healthy people say so i don't need to work on that!.!.!.!.but for exercising i do!.!.!.
so how many jumping jacks should i do, to lose very little belly fat!?

how it works: 3,500 calories = one pound of fat!. so you have to burn 3,500 calories to lose one pound!.

1,000 jumping jacks burns of 100 calories, so 35,000 jumping jacks will burn off 3,500 calories, or one pound

well, it takes a hell lot of work-not something you can do in one try!.

and these are estimates!. i suggest you excersice by not counting, perhaps, instead, running at least an hour a day or any form of aerobics(it burns fat) for one hour!. if you cant do one hour, try to do at least more than 15 min to get to one hour, because aerobics of less than 15 minutes wont burn off fat, it creates muscle because it is anaerobic!. but thats only if you use a great amount of energy in that less than 15 minutes!. if you use little or moderate energy, it is like burning nothing!. so, 4 15 minutes or more periods of aerobics will do you good!.

Can't give you detailed advice on a number of jumping jacks BUT I can tell you that if you are trying to target belly fat in particular, crunches are a good bet!. Even if you don't lose any weight, toning the muscles will improve the appearance of a particular part of your body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
