Question: Which exercise is best for weight loss!?
Answers:
Cardio!. This includes running, and activities like biking, tennis ect!. You lose the most fat in these exercises!. weight lifting and stuff makes you gain mussel, so if you are just trying to lose weight, don't do them!. You will bulk up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming is also a sport that allows you to use your whole body as-well!.

I'm actually in the process of losing allot of weight after being overweight all my life!. I joined a gym 4 weeks ago and I've lost 6 kg so far!.

I do 60 min of cardio!. And that is helping so far!.

Also don't forget to eat right! It's a decision you have to make with allot of thought because it should be a life change not a one off thing!.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals!.

Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit!.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon and a fruit!.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs!. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit!.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed!.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day!.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out!.


Try this for 3weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight!.
