Question: At home all day with no exercise!!!!?
I will be starting school in a few days but until then I'm home all day!. I do not eat more than what is average and I am very well on the skinny side!. But I'm afraid that I'll gain weight if I'm just sitting around at home!. What are some things that I can do to exercise and burn some calories and fat!? (Besides eating healthier because like I mentioned, I'm average as far as eating goes)Www@Answer-Health@Com

between commercial break on tv, i get up and do lunges, crunches!.!.!. anything to get me moving besides just sitting there!.
