What can I do to curb my cravings for sweets throughout the day? Fruit doesnt fill me up.?


Answers:

Eat fruits with other things-- and orange with a handful of nuts. A peach cut up and stirred into oatmeal. An apple and a piece of cheddar, or and apple dipped in peanut butter. Strawberries with cottage cheese. It's more satisfying, and the fruit sugar will break down slower.
