Alli! Anyone who has actually taken it, Do you REALLY experience "anal leakage"?
My sister told me that the ALLI pills cause horrible anal leakage and that a friend of hers said that a bunch of people in thier office were taking alli and they had to replace alot of the office chairs because of the side effects! Is that true!! I HAVE TO KNOW!!!! Shes got me scared to try it!

Alli works by blocking a good percentage of the fat in food you eat. That fat has to go somewhere. That is where the leakage comes from. I was on xenical (a prescription, higher dosage of alli) a few years ago and I only had one incident. That particular incident was caused by the fact that I had a donut for breakfast. Alli is supposed to help with good diet and exercise. So if you are eating a bunch of junk food or food that is high in fat you are not taking the pills correctly and therefore will have seapage. If you eat sensibly and drink lots of water you should not have any problems.
