Is this enough time to exersize?!


Question:

Is this enough time to exersize?

I have about 20-25 min. on my lunch break to get in a quick workout. I thought i might as well take advantage of this, but I didn't know if it was pointless (since i've heard it takes up to 20 min. to get your heart rate up)? If not, what is the best cardio workout or ANY workout i can do that will get me the most results out of my time? Or is this just not enough time to workout? Thank yoU!
