Ok i have 2 questions? How do i get a freakin amazing 6 pack, and how do i get rid of the flab on my arms?

anybody have anything that is good? i am willing to work for it!!! thanks guys!

6 pack:
do crunches. a lot of them. make sure the small of your back is pressed into the ground when you do them, it gives a better workout. and when you do them, think of touching your chin to your knees, not your forehead. also, lay on your back with your legs straight up in the air. slowly lower your legs to the ground, then slowly bring them back up. repeat many times.
arms:
use weights or any heavy object and hold it behind your head. lift it up and down. it should work the bottom of your upper arms. also, take the same weights or heavy object and hold it straight out in front of you for a long time, and straight out to the side for the same amount of time.
